- Fire / Arson Public Toilets -
Dear all,
You may be aware that the Mere public toilets were mindlessly vandalised recently, by individuals setting alight toilet paper.
We would like to thank local people for the quick response on calling the emergency services which helped to prevent more damage being caused. We would also like to thank those members of the public who have given us information regarding the possible identities of those responsible.
We rely on the community being are ‘eyes & ears’ and I would urge you to report any activity which you feel that we can help you with. Our contact details are listed below for your respective area’s.
Pc Salter attends the Mere Parish Council meetings on a regular basis and is always willing to take questions from members of the community during the relevant session. Alternatively, please feel free to email him or any other member of the Neighbourhood Policing Team for Tisbury & Mere.
